As A Warehouse Worker your primary function is to load and unload trucks, pull and put away stock, take inventory, and pick orders. You would also need to be able to drive electric sit-down and stand-up (reach) forklifts. This position will support production by filling work orders, wrapping and delivering to the correct department.

Packers are responsible for packaging material in shipping boxes; candidates applying for this position must possess basic math skills, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team. You must be able to operate weigh scales and demonstrate mechanical aptitude experience. Other responsibilities include maintaining productions equipment in your assigned area and reporting processing and equipment problems to your foreman. *** Packers must be able to tolerate working with fiberglass material in an environment with strong scents. Employees are required to wear gloves, long sleeves and long pants at all times, but fiberglass materials may cause skin irritation for some***

Must have silk screening experience and the ability to read blueprints.

Must have spot welding experience and the ability to read blueprints.

Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers to meet the company's standards in production and quality. In the interim, following company policy and building better working relationships with employees and other departments such as maintenance, sanitation and quality control. Management over 2 production lines and 2 bakery ovens (10-15 employees per line). As a Bakery Production Supervisor, you would be responsible for: * Verifying conformance to specifications (making sure products meet their finished specification) * Meeting production quality and cost * Maximizing production * GMPs, HAACP, SOPs * Training employees to perform well * Safety of all employees in their area * Enforcing and administrating all company rules and policies * Interpreting company policies to workers * Accident reduction, cost savings, waste reduction, reduced maintenance costs * Scheduling production, labor and materials for employee's work areas * Exhibiting leadership qualities by maintaining a high level of department moral, open communication and motivating employees to perform at their maximum capabilities * Analyzing and resolving work problems, assist workers in solving work problems

Responsible for the set up, inspection and maintenance of all molding machines. Must be able to operate a forklift. Will be trained on injection molding, must be mechanically inclined! Experience with injection molding is a plus but is not necessary.

Job duties include investigation of all incorrect production records, daily verification of deliveries, usage and return of raw bakery materials, processing products, handling all recalled products, inventory management, reporting of all raw material and finished goods, bakery production scheduling, and training other qualified employees. Weekend availability is a MUST! FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION is required. Must have RF Scanner knowledge, must pay attention to detail, must be a multi-tasker, written and verbal communication skills are required, good math skills, team work flexibility, excellent organizational skill, ability to withstand cold temperatures, ability to stand, sit, lift, bend and move products for long periods of time, flexible availability (any shift, weekends, OT), and basic computer skills are all required.
